Lately, I've been receiving fake PayPal e-mails on a daily basis. Not really a problem, as these mails are automatically moved to my "Junk mail folder" in Thunderbird.
Because I'm such a nice guy, I decided to alert PayPal about it. For those that don't know it yet, you can just forward those fraudulent mails to
spoof@paypal.com, so that the tech guys can inspect them. After a minute, they replied with a nice thankyou message, which contained the link to their
Fight Phishing Challenge.
Guess what... I managed to answer all 5 questions correctly, making me a true Anti-Phishing Champion! Something new to put on my resume...

I don't usually read my spam anymore. i scan it briefly so i can see if there is anything not belonging in my spam folder.
But i did last time send a whole list with emailadresses of lycos spamaccounts to lycos. And i got a thank you back :)
Hope they do anything with the list.
Congrats on beiing an anti-phishing champion ;)
